Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your 7xstudio Premium experience. This page outlines the terms for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds for digital purchases handled via our payment partner, Paddle.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your "7xstudio Premium Arcade" or "Local Password Vault Pro" subscription at any time:
- You can cancel through your user profile dashboard on our website.
- Alternatively, you can use the cancellation link provided inside your initial email invoice sent by Paddle.
- Upon cancellation, your premium ad-free features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (month or year). No further automatic payments will be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility & Request Window
Since our services are digital assets and instant-access software, we offer refunds under the following guidelines:
- 14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window will generally not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of accidental duplicate billing or system errors.
- Refunds are not provided for partial periods of a monthly billing cycle after the 14-day window has expired.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@7xstudio.net with the following details:
- The email address associated with your 7xstudio account.
- Your Paddle order ID / Transaction receipt number.
- The reason you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve our games and tools!).
Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate and process it within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Paddle.
