You agree to provide accurate registration information and protect your login credentials securely. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Premium Subscriptions & Fees

We offer premium subscriptions ("Remove Ads") which remove advertisements from the homepage portal and all arcade games, and unlock advanced features:

Subscriptions are billed monthly ($3) or yearly ($20) as selected by the user.
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled by the user prior to the billing cycle renewal date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website, games, or extensions to:

Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or exploit game code to manipulate scores.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to play or write high scores to our Firebase servers.
Attempt to bypass paywalls or premium ad-block checks illegally.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as HTML5 games (including Neon Pop, Lizo Running, and Catch the Rhythm), design tokens, logos, graphics, and music compositions, is the property of 7xstudio and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

7xstudio provides its services and games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and applicable international trade laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
